Value Stream Owner
Job Description
Performs a significant role in maximizing the value produced by the business transformation program teams by ensuring capabilities and features are representative of the enterprise's needs and understood by the program teams.
The relationship between this role and their key stakeholders is paramount for delivery success. This is an Advanced level professional position. Provides direction to other staff and performs more advanced responsibilities with minimal supervision.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required
- 7+ years of health plan operations experience required
- Developing, implementing, enhancing and managing innovative, market-leading products
- Analyzing product performance and identifying trends and new opportunities
- Creating and managing product documentation to support market, regulatory, clinical and operational requirements
- Identifying and implementing benefits modifications, evaluating benefits offerings for prospective and renewing groups
- Delivering strategic clinical and wellness consulting services and partnering with our customers to develop and implement health and wellness strategies
Skills and Abilities:
- Strong presentation ability
- Great negotiation skills
- Ability to effectively operate in a fast paced/changing environment
This position is a Hub role, which requires an employee to occasionally come onsite to the Minnetonka, MN office for applicable heads-up work. Frequency is determined by business need as decided by leadership.
