Job Description

We are currently looking for a skilled Netsuite Administrator to become a member of our dynamic team and work closely with one of our inspiring US clients! This person will be responsible for understanding how systems operate regarding existing and future integrations. Also, it will develop, drive, and create system advances following Best Practice business standard operating procedures and the needs of individual departments.

Qualifications

Expectations - the experience you need

• 3/5 years’ experience administrating NetSuite and other back-office systems.
• Experience with Finance and accounting principles, including GL and accounting.
• 3/5 years’ experience in system administration of front office business systems is also desired.
• SQL database experience required, familiarity with database extraction tools.
• Advanced computer skills and proficient knowledge of all Microsoft Office programs. 
• Bachelor’s degree in a Technology related degree. 

What you will do:

• Administers complex configuration, integration, and maintenance of NetSuite and other critical business systems (Concur, Tipalti, etc.) 
• Makes system enhancements and modifications based on evolving business requirements and best practices of processes 
• Manages data migrations and other data transformation activities between systems
• Ensures that the primary application software(s) for the company are operating at all times 
• Designs, documents, builds, tests, deploys, and maintains enhancements to NetSuite custom objects, validation rules, page layouts, workflows, and reports. SuiteScript.is preferred.
• NetSuite administrator-level knowledge of roles, permissions, and dashboards, including exceptional custom report and saved search experience applying formula/SQL-driven outputs
• Process logic and technical architecture including building and delivery of functional/technical presentations; experience with schema mapping and data migration projects
• Manages multiple streams of work, actively communicating progress, roadblocks, and next steps, as well as follows best practices for testing, development, deployment, and implementation
