  • Manage new hire onboarding programs that decrease ramp time of incoming Delivery team members and partner with onboarding program managers to ensure success
  • Partner with Delivery leadership to build enablement deliverables that align with the post-sale customer journey and help our teams deliver delightful customer interactions
  • Partner with the Product team to develop new product trainings, document and maintain product trainings, and help drive and measure product adoption among Delivery teams
  • Help manage and organize the knowledge base and learning management system for post-sales enablement content
About You
  • Experience creating and delivering training content for customer-facing teams
  • Ability to quickly ramp on our suite of VC products, as well as the underlying processes that we use to deliver these products
  • Ability to quickly learn and iterate on existing workflows, improve and take ownership on workflow rollouts
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • Familiarity with standard learning creation tools (e.g., LMS) and knowledge management tools (e.g., Guru) are a plus
