Job Description

We are currently looking for skilled Senior Database Reliability Engineers to become members of our dynamic team and work closely with one of our inspiring US clients!

Qualifications

• + 5-7 years of strong experience with Microsoft SQL Server, especially in Windows Server environments with high availability via always-on and Windows Server failover cluster. 

• 3-5 years of solid experience working with AWS EC2 instances for hosting databases. 

• 3-5 years of proficiency with Terraform and Ansible for provisioning and configuration management (Must have). 

• Ability to troubleshoot .NET and Python tools with at least 3 years of experience; familiarity with PowerShell is required. 

• Ability to diagnose and resolve complex database issues. 

• Understanding of compliance requirements, particularly with PHI data and HIPAA standards. 

• Ability to work effectively as part of a multi-disciplinary team, supporting developers, project managers, and analysts.

What you will do:

• Fielding requests from stakeholders. 

• Query performance tuning. 

• Assisting application developers. 

• Working on data archival, BCPDR workflows improvement, and SQL migration (from SQL 2019 to SQL 2022). 

• Provisioning infrastructure via Terraform and Ansible. 

• Using Octopus for automated playbooks.
