Veeva Program Manager
Job Description
The candidate is expected to have prior experience in managing E2E Veeva CRM implementation in large IT landscape in terms of planning, coordinating and driving large scale project in a structured and methodical way. The candidate should possess a proven project management skill with excellent communication. The role & responsibilities are given below:
- Ability to assess client demand and interfacing with onsite, offshore delivery team for demand management through right prioritization and managing releases.
- Ability to act as interfacing between Cognizant Delivery team and Customer management organization for meaningful discussions on project timeline, resourcing, planning and govern delivery;
- Act as primary escalation point for offshore team issues and problems and drive resolution on escalated issues through appropriate coordination, execution and communication with required stakeholders;
- Ensuring timely project milestone delivery as well as to doing appropriate status reporting
- Participate in projects at life sciences companies designing and deploying Quality systems
- Collaborate with the client's leadership and other Project Managers to establish and execute a sound project management methodology for delivering Services related to the implementation of the Veeva CRM
- Provide oversight for Services projects and deliver agreed services on time and with high customer satisfaction
- Establish close, collaborative relationships with customer stakeholders to understand and act on customer needs
- Drive governance and demonstrate leadership by working across customer and internal teams to support all phases and workstreams within the implementation of the Veeva CRM applications
- Manage day-to-day project activities and project administration
- Enable project team to focus on solution design, prototyping, configuration, training, and documentation
- Mentor project team members in the Services organization and identify growth opportunities
- Proactively manage risk, anticipate potential problems, and identify mitigation strategies
- Be transparent in all communications and reflective in conducting post-project assessments - identify learnings that will help improve the overall process
- Establish and provide regular reporting on project status, key metrics and deliverables, and customize to address key stakeholder groups
- Establish and implement training processes and strategies for all technical personnel
- Analyze, plan and develop requirements and standards in reference to scheduled project
- Hold regular technical team meetings to determine progress and address any questions or challenges regarding projects
- Experience with Agile methodology and tools.
- Working knowledge of Veeva CRM and Salesforce custom objects, custom labels, custom fields, Picklists, Page layouts, Workflow Alerts & Actions, Validation Rules, Approval Processes, Flows , Process builders , custom Tabs, custom reports, Record Types, Report folders, Visualforce Pages, Custom Setting Record Types and Dashboards according to application requirements.
