Veeva Techno-Functional Lead

• Experience in leading Veeva CRM workshops for gathering requirements with various business stakeholders
• Experience in conducting Veeva CRM roadmap and assessment, performing fit gap analysis
• Veeva CRM Org consolidation experience
• In-depth knowledge of Pharma CRM business processes
• Ability to discuss and document business requirement
• Good experience working in Agile scrum model and worked on agile projects.
• Co-ordinate with business and technical teams for Veeva CRM and integration
• Experience in working with Life Science industry and understanding of Veeva CRM applications
• Provide high level solution for Veeva CRM and communicate the same with offshore development team
• Ability to address salesforce platform specific question and work with integration team to support build
