Vehicle Service Coordinator

The Vehicle Service Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the success and optimization of the Flexcar vehicle care program for their respective market. The main duties of this role include communicating with third- party vendors, maintaining fleet conditions, and coordinating with the Vehicle Care team. The vehicle care program ensures customers have a safe, reliable, and seamless maintenance and service experience while they are with Flexcar.

What Drives Success For This Role:    

• 1 – 2 years of prior logistics coordination experience   
• Experience working with Microsoft Office   
• Tech Savviness - Experience working tech-first, monitoring tickets, and assigning tasks through a proprietary operational tool set   
• Operating as a team player in a fast-paced environment    
• Flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends and/or holidays   
• Willingness to work outdoors (weather and other conditions vary)    
• Ability to carry tools and marketing materials (up to 50 lbs.)   
• Valid Driver’s License and an acceptable driving record (per company standards)   
• At least 18 years old
