Vending Coordinator - Los Angeles, CA

The vending coordinator manages immediate consumption work order types and asset information. Manages equipment stock transport orders and provide detail ordering.

Shift and Schedule:

• Full-time
• Monday- Friday
• 6:00 AM - finished

Responsabilities:

• Ensure data integrity as it relates to installation and removal of equipment.
• Process and update Rental contracts and lease / loan agreements for all accounts.
• Perform monthly reporting of Cold Drink activity to KDP Management.
• Maintain SAP Enterprise Asset Management System (EAM)
• Communicate with customer and/or sales to schedule service call activity and ensure customer satisfaction
• Communicate with branch employees regarding EMO transactions and contractual issues
• Manage multiple projects on across multiple platforms of data management systems.
• Research EMO process and identify "mistakes'-Provide correction to all incorrect paperwork
• Manage workflow to meet strict reporting deadlines.
• This position will be supporting the Northern and Southern California regions

Total Rewards

• $ 19.00 per hour

Requirements

• High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED) preferred
• 1 year working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
• 1 year experience with an automated warehouse management systems such as SAP
