As a member of the Legal Spend Management team, The Vendor Implementation Specialist will work with the Implementation and Customer Success teams to onboard vendors to Bottomline’s e-billing platforms, as well as implementing and delivering training for new and existing vendors. 

Essential Job Functions:

  • This position requires a high volume of detailed data entry
  • Assist Project Managers with customer implementations, including providing weekly reports to track vendor enrollment.
  • Actively engage new vendors and customers to ensure timely enrollment and use of Bottomline’s product set
  • Implement vendors for Legal-X, Legal eXchange and PartnerSelect products
  • Remotely conduct regular product training for vendors
  • Triage and resolve vendor issues related to registrations with our products
  • Ensure accurate documentation of work in recordkeeping system
  • Manage relationships with vendors and appropriately respond to requests in a timely manner
  • Act as a customer advocate, assisting with problem solving requests from customers as needed
  • Proactively look for process efficiencies while being mindful of costs
  • Ability to thrive in a metric driven environment

Required Skills:

  • Proven critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong organization skills and a proven ability to successfully handle multiple priorities
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Preferred Skills:

  • Salesforce experience a plus

Education and Experience:

  • 3+ years of customer service or support experience – account management experience a plus
  • Experience working with and delivering video conferencing presentations
  • Experience with project-based work or project coordination
