Position: VM Analyst

Start Date: - Immediate

Minimum Term: - 12 months, renewable

Requirement Description: -

Vendor Management Analyst to support our IT vendor management group, with a primary focus on day-to-day IT contract reviews, procurement tasks, vendor /stake holder coordination along with certain administration work related to contract digital housekeeping.

Specific responsibilities:

· Perform contract reviews, with a main focus on IT terms and help reduce contract backlogs.

· Participate in vendor lifecycle process discussions to identify gaps and provide the required coordination to mitigate

these gaps.

· Work with Gen Re vendors to implement amendments to the existing contracts as required to fulfil scope changes,

regulatory, security and other compliance requirements.

· Review and process all renewals by checking against the corresponding agreed upon contractual /commercial terms.

· Support RFP(Request for Proposal) process with required coordination

· Communicate and coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure timely completion of requested tasks.

· Schedule regular meetings with key stakeholders to discuss pending contracts, upcoming renewals.

· Create dashboards that shows contract aging and ensure that they are escalated as required to ensure timely closure.

Experience/Skills Required:

· Hands-on work experience in the areas of procurement and IT contract management for software products and

consulting services.

· Experience in IT outsourcing to offshore based vendors.

· Good analytical and problem solving skills.

· Strong communication and documentation skills.

· Efficiency in Microsoft word, Excel and Power Point.

· Ability to work independently.

· Preferred knowledge on regulatory compliance requirements (such as DORA).
