Within the Technology function, our Technology Business Management team is a dynamic group that is responsible for all aspects of financial reporting & analysis, and vendor management.

What you’ll do

As a Vendor Management Specialist within the Technology Business Management team, you will be a key member of the group and join a dynamic and collaborative team with the opportunity to make an impact and learn in the process. Reporting to the Technology CFO, you will be involved in all aspects of managing our technology vendor relationships. Specifically, you will:

• Create and implement a vendor lifecycle process to be utilized globally across all of Technology
• Develop and maintain relationships with IT preferred vendors
• Create and manage a vendor contract calendar, maintaining contracts and ensuring decisions are made before expiration to renew or terminate
• Develop relationships with key stakeholders including Technology, Legal, and Compliance
• Draft, review, and redline contracts, engaging Legal to finalize contracts
• Ensure that technology vendors adhere to the vendor risk management process of the Firm
• Manage ad-hoc requests to support the strategic goals of the business

What’s required

We are seeking a strategic and analytical thinker with excellent attention to detail to join our team. You will need:

• Bachelor’s degree
• 7 years of relevant procurement/vendor management experience, with a technology focus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
• Proven track record of successfully collaborating with stakeholders across the organization
• Excellent attention to detail with a process-oriented approach
• Strong Excel skills to help enhance and streamline current processes
• Commitment to the highest ethical standards
