Vendor Management Specialist

The vendor manager will manage information on all vendors used throughout the company. They will be responsible for building & maintaining the database system to store vendor information (contracts, descriptions, etc). As well as establish relationships with VPs to work with onboarding and renewal of vendors.

You will:

• Create & manage the vendor database
• Be responsible for recording contractual terms and conditions of vendors
• Provide monthly reports on vendor statuses & updates to business leaders
• Support business leaders by answering questions regarding information on vendor
• Work with Finance team to incorporate information into financial planning & analysis

You Have:

• 1-3 years of experience in Procurement or Finance
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance
• Willing to work in night shift from 7:30 PM IST to 4:30 AM IST. (US EST time zone)
• Experience and are comfortable reading through contracts and extracting vital details.
• Experience in setting up new workflow systems & improvements within a company
• Worked for a small to midsize US company
• Experience managing large database systems
• Advanced excel skills, SharePoint, & other Microsoft applications experience
