• Process remit files from third-party vendors
• Process payments such as wires, ACH & checks
• Work with accounting partners to finalize write-offs
• Collaborate with IT and other internal partners to raise payment issues
• File and escalate bankruptcy, fraud, and complaint incidents through proper channels
• Process placement, status update, and recall files

• Ability to prioritize and work on time-sensitive projects
• Organization skills / Administrative skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in using MS Office (Word, Powerpoint, Excel), Google Gmail & Google Sheets
• Basic knowledge of Accounting functions
