About the Role:
Here’s your chance to join our Brokerage Services team as a Vendor Operations Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for the overall health of Entera’s vendor portfolio for Brokerage, including the management of vendor strategy, operations, and performance. Working in collaboration with Entera clients, Partnerships team, and third party providers, you will have responsibility for overseeing the entire vendor lifecycle. You will provide insights into the vendor landscape that continually leads to improvements in service levels and provides Entera with a cost advantage.
What You’ll Do:
- Assume ownership for the strategy, design, and execution of services delivered to Entera through its network of suppliers.
- Conduct assessments of business operations and translate them into a scalable delivery solution.
- Define and track key service level metrics/KPIs across the vendor operations landscape within Brokerage.
- Build strong relationships and work collaboratively within the cross-functional teams in the delivery of the services across all business lines (Product, Transactions, PMO, etc.).
- Identify process, policy, and tooling gaps for vendor management.
- Assist with work order creation and dispatch to technical staff, vendors, or other services providers; support of compliance management as needed.
- Manage vendor on-boarding, renewals, certification requirements and off-boarding.
- Support contracting and negotiations for vendors in line with business goals.
- Develop a prioritization framework and methodology to help to prioritize highest-leverage or highest-impact activities or processes.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience managing the vendor lifecycle for multiple vendor partners.
- Experience in a high-velocity sales or process heavy service operations environment (call center, fulfillment, logistics, etc.) or industry/domain experience (mortgage, real estate, brokerage).
- Strong communication skills. Be diligent and fearless about open communication.
- Experience driving measurable improvements in service levels and delivering cost optimization initiatives.
