About the Role
iCapital is looking to hire an Associate Vendor Process Manager (VPM) to join the Risk Management team. This role is responsible for working with business units, finance, legal, and information security to manage the supplier onboarding process and overall supplier life cycle. The VPM is expected to have knowledge of the Coupa software system, process flows in that system, and to be able to communicate those process requirements to internal business users of Coupa.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate all vendor management tasks including working with external vendors and internal teams.
- Manage vendor onboarding processes and methods to approve suppliers.
- Perform as functional bridge between external vendors and internal stakeholders.
- Track, measure, report, and evaluate status of suppliers in ecosystem.
- Build relationships with key stakeholders in finance, legal and information security teams.
- Monitor contractual agreements for all suppliers to ensure that owners and management are aware of all contracts expiring in upcoming 60 days.
- Upload supplier new and historical contracts to Coupa.
- Working with the legal team, ensure that all required data tags and information fields are completed for uploaded contracts.
- Troubleshoot supplier problems and present to management as required.
- Enhance vendor lifecycle process for improved efficiency.
Qualifications
- 5+ years in Vendor Management
- Bachelor’s degree in applicable field
- Experience working with Coupa
- Fast learner with desire to always learn and able to multi-task
- Attentive, organized, and detail-oriented
- Excellent communication skills
Benefits
The base salary range for this role is $80,000 to $110,000. iCapital offers a compensation package which includes salary, equity for all full-time employees, and an annual performance bonus. Employees also receive a comprehensive benefits package that includes an employer matched retirement plan, generously subsidized healthcare with 100% employer paid dental, vision, telemedicine, and virtual mental health counseling, parental leave, and unlimited paid time off (PTO).
We offer most employees the flexibility to work in the office three to four days a week, and remotely for the remainder of the week. Every department has different needs, and some positions will be designated in-office jobs or remote jobs based on their function.
