What You Will Be Doing at Arrow?
As a Vendor Specialist, you will join our team at the Tallinn Business Service Center, where you will contribute to the growth of vendors in the Nordic and Baltic region. Your responsibilities will include providing support to our customers and suppliers mostly via email, virtual meetings and telephone. By using your initiative, you will help to sustain and expand our business.
Day-to-day:

• Provide exceptional support to our Nordic and Baltic customers and vendors by handling their requests and queries within SLAs
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors.
• Acquire knowledge about vendor products and services, and present new technologies and solutions to our customers
• Prepare quotations and orders, and manage your backlog efficiently
• Create vendor documentation
• Proactively seek sales opportunities and ensure that sales targets are met
