Venture Associate (Remote)

We run the leading venture capital accelerator worldwide and operate DecileHub, the leading fund operations platform, reducing the barriers of entry for next generation investors to launch and grow meaningful early-stage investment firms.

We are hiring a Venture Associate to help support multiple venture capital firms by regularly meeting with fund managers to assess needs, sourcing the resources to address those needs and following up to ensure delivery. The ideal candidate will have some knowledge and experience with venture capital, as well as experience with customer success for SaaS products.

The Venture Associate responsibilities include:

• Support fund managers around the world via Slack, email and videoconferencing
• Understand fund managers’ evolving needs and requirements around the world
• Provide product and customer service
• Become the main point of contact and take over customer relationships
• Continually learn about the venture capital industry and our evolving SaaS product

Must have:

• 3+ years of customer success experience in a high-touch SaaS company
• 2+ years of experience in fund administration or venture capital
• High digital literacy, able to learn new software quickly
• Track record of solving complex, cross-functional customer facing issues
• Strong ability to work in a collaborative team environment
• Fast learner, can take feedback and hit the ground running
• Strong, professional phone and videoconferencing persona
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• High emotional intelligence and intuition, composed in handling high-stress interactions
• Proactive attitude to tackle any opportunity or challenge
• Detail-oriented and analytical nature
• Ability to thrive in a fast-growing business
