Description:

The Vertical Marketing Manager will develop a marketing plan to introduce DMP into targeted business verticals. This individual will also develop a plan to help promote DMP, targeting decision makers and key influencers, in multiple media channels, including outdoor, print, thought leadership content, direct mail, etc.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a Business, Marketing or Communications related field or equivalent experience.
  • At least 3 years B2B marketing experience, preferably in technology.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Suite.
  • Have a good work attitude and work cooperatively with others in the department and company.
  • Extremely strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Expertise in Marketing discipline(s).

Responsibilities:

  1. Serve as the primary point of contact for the Vertical Sales team.
  2. Identify who and how to target businesses in targeted vertical segments (Banking/Govt/Retail/QSR). Identifying target audience for each and how to create awareness and demand for DMP products.
  3. Work with Product Marketing Manager to identify DMP product features (and provide feedback on needed features) pertinent to the vertical's needs.
  4. Develop marketing plan, targeting key decision makers in targeted vertical markets.
  5. Create requirements, including input from Dealer and Product Marketing, for lead management system and leads initiative within group to better track marketing tactics.
  6. Identify media outlets to advertise both brand and lead generation vertical ads.
  7. Creates case studies and whitepapers related to Vertical Marketing efforts.
