Are you passionate about supporting military-affiliated students in navigating their educational journey? Join our team as the Veteran Process Coordinator , where you’ll play a crucial role in managing VA educational benefits for students on the Prescott Campus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process VA educational benefits for eligible students, including Chapter 33, Chapter 31, Chapter 35, Chapter 1606, and Chapter 30.
• Serve as the VA Work-Study Site Supervisor, managing contracts, hours, and payments for VA work-study students.
• Act as a liaison for students, answering questions and providing guidance on VA benefits and documentation.
• Complete state and federal compliance requirements, including Arizona SAA reviews and VA audits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3–5 years of experience in VA benefits processing or a similar field.
• Proficiency in office software and effective communication skills
