New York Salary Range: $190,000 - $275,000
The Base Pay component of our Total Rewards package is based on a variety of factors including but not limited to: job responsibilities, location, experience and, education/certifications. In addition to the pay component, this role may be eligible for equity and benefits as part of the Total Rewards package. The Total Rewards package will be determined at the time a contingent offer is made.

The Impact You Will Make
- Brand Positioning: Need to differentiate our brand for customers - we 100% control our own destiny. Be the Brand architect to develop brand strategy and campaign effectiveness
- Brand Accountability : Complete ownership of Brand identity at every touch point beyond just marketing campaigns, inclusive of app/website, messaging, SEM, PR, social media, etc. Passion, accountability and ownership for the Brand. This person must be the MOST PASSIONATE advocate of our brand in the company.
- Marketing and Business Leadership:
- Develop and implement a concrete marketing plan with clear metrics for promoting our brand to all constituents and potential constituents across all marketing channels and consumer touch-points to drive revenue growth from new and existing diners
- Metrics include organic new diner acquisitions and retention & frequency improvements for existing diners through improved brand affiliation.
- Seeking a visionary who understands the practical needs of the company to build compelling marketing plans that drive revenue growth from new and existing diners.
- Leadership of creative: Bring creative excellence to every asset and inspire team to strive for continuous improvement
- Experience: Hands-on experience as the head of a consumer brand. Needs to have done this job before
General Leadership skills
- Team Leadership: Lead, develop and mentor a growing and talented Brand Marketing team. Accountable for direction, roadmap, motivation, and spend of team. Hands-on, lead path for team to execute. Elevate culture and engagement to come to work.
- Stakeholder Management: Relentless collaborator working with VP-level stakeholders. Ability to read the room (VP meeting vs. Director/SPM meeting).
- Cross-Functional Relationships: Acquisition, Loyalty, Retention & Frequency, PR, Product, Restaurant Partners, Drivers, People Team.
What You Bring to the Table
- 15+ years brand marketing experience in a marketing-driven organization with proven success of driving revenue through consumer activation, offline advertising, PR, social media, stunts, and promotional programs
- Hands on experience as the head of a consumer brand
- Past agency experience and relevant brand experience preferred
- Accountable for the budget spend and outcomes, ensuring initiatives have a positive ROI
- Experience in boosting retention & frequency in a highly competitive industry
- Must create strong measurement frameworks for all programs
- Marketing partnership development and Agency management experience is a must
- Understanding of Social Media platforms and their importance in a successful integrated marketing effort
- Bring creative excellence to every asset and inspire team to strive for continuous improvement in both our brand strategy and brand effectiveness
- Must be a team player, working collaboratively is a core part of who you are
- Manage, motivate and inspire a team of 30+ high achieving A-players
