Vice President, Client Lead

Job Description
JOB SUMMARY
The Vice President, Client Lead plays a pivotal role in driving sales and revenue growth within the Automotive vertical. The key responsibility is to work directly with the Epsilon Client Leader and client stakeholders to expand the utilization of Epsilon solutions and drive client business outcomes. This role will collaborate with various teams, including Epsilon Automotive, solution consultants, customer success, pricing, product, client engagement, and solution delivery.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES

• In-depth knowledge of the target industry's dynamics, trends, and customer needs.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify opportunities and drive effective strategies.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities to articulate complex concepts and ideas clearly.
• Collaborative and team-oriented mindset to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Results-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets and business objectives.
• Adaptability and ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and sales analytics software.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• 15 + years of proven experience in leading client relationships to drive growth, preferably within a specific industry or market segment.
