The Role
The Vice President of Corporate Marketing leads the development and execution of the brand, content and communications strategy for Bloomerang. Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, you’re responsible for the company’s brand identity and governance, external communications, creative services, content marketing and social media (owned). You’re a proactive, creative, strategic thinker and doer who will build on Bloomerang’s reputation in the nonprofit community. This marketing leadership role closely collaborates with their peers in Marketing (Demand Gen, Product Marketing and Customer Marketing) as well as with other departments to foster the broader Bloomerang Community. What You Will Do
- Continue to strengthen and evolve Bloomerang’s brand identity as the company grows–from visuals to tone of voice and overall company messaging
- Oversee brand governance, keep brand standards up-to-date and manage the rollout of new or refreshed product brands
- Ensure a consistent brand experience across Bloomerang’s market-facing programs, and partner closely with Product Teams to ensure product experiences and taxonomies are aligned with the brand identity
- Collaborate with the Website Optimization Team to ensure company brand promise and value proposition(s) are clearly communicated to buyers, customers and nonprofit influencers
- Conduct research and create programs and content to deliver measurable improvements in Bloomerang’s brand awareness, perception and preference among key nonprofit buyers and influencers
- Curate, create, and distribute corporate content (both strategy and execution); includes blogs, thought leadership, customer stories, etc.
- Lead communications team in the development of a coordinated, enterprise-wide corporate communications strategy with measurable objectives
- Partner with the social media team to set strategy, goals, develop content, and new break-through ideas that engage nonprofits and influencers in helpful ways
- Work closely with Executive Leadership to refine the company messaging and thought leadership narrative to help nonprofits maximize their impact
- Implement key communications policies, protocols and guidelines
- Partner with the People Team to support key company communications, events, programs and initiatives
- Oversee the selection of creative, communications, and PR partners and manage these relationships
- Develop and scale our customer references program, and ensure we tell storytelling across all channelsÂ
What You Need to Succeed
- 12+ years brand, corporate marketing, and communications experience in high growth technology; B2B SaaS preferred
- At least 5+ years of experience in corporate communications or brand strategy leadership role for high growth SaaS company
- Demonstrated track record on how brand drives demand and business performance
- Strength in managing and mentoring a talented and growing team–both internally and externally
- Effectively manages relationships with PR, brand, and communication agency partnersÂ
- Clearly and comfortably communicates brand programs and impact company-wide–from executives to individual contributors
- Able to work one-on-one with business leaders (at all levels of the organization) on communications projects from conception to launch–and provide strategic advice and execution support throughout the process
- Effective in managing multiple projects at once while delivering high quality work, adhering to standards for internal client service and meeting deadlines
- Strong team ethic and collaborative work style; yet must be able to work independently, assume responsibility and be accountable. Ability to manage and coach, partner with peers and unified goal mindset
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

Compensation
The salary range for this position is: $187,000 - $253,000. You may also be eligible for a discretionary bonus. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent on your skills, experience, qualifications, and location, as well as applicable employment laws.
Location
This is a permanent, full-time, fully remote position. Employees living in Indianapolis, IN are welcome to work from our company headquarters. We do not offer Visa sponsorship or relocation assistance at this time.Â
