About You

The Vice President of Digital Product is a critical member of the Nutrafol team who will lead and direct work across teams to define and execute short-and long-term e-Commerce and digital product roadmaps. As with any fast growing company, we need a leader and a do-er; someone who can develop a strategy and delegate appropriately but also get in the weeds and execute programs, no matter how tactical.

This position will report to our CMO,  and will help shape the digital product strategy and overall product roadmap for Nutrafol. This person will be responsible for collecting requirements and utilizing data and consumer insights to provide actionable product development recommendations. This person will manage an agile process with our team as well as support our internal software tools for Marketing, Operations, and Customer Experience teams. 


Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily management of all e-Commerce and web operations; combining expertise in UX, analytics, SEO, and product management to deliver a best-in-class brand and shopping experience
  • Oversee and manage the rollout of new features, product updates, merchandising, site optimizations, A/B tests and other digital projects by conducting analyses and building out project plans and timelines that support the strategic roadmap
  • Manage a team, ensuring objectives are clearly defined and achievable in a timely manner, while driving and optimizing team performance and developing individuals within the team
  • Lead the digital product strategy across the customer journey, including landing page creation, user testing, and conversion rate optimization
  • Manage external vendors, contracts, relationships and technical requirements to continue to develop and enhance the e-comm platform & services and overall technology stack
  • Lead daily/weekly standups while working cross-functionally with Data, Engineering and Growth teams to develop and implement an eCommerce personalization practice
  • Partner with the Brand, Growth, and Tech teams to enhance the digital experience, while anticipating and resolving key pain points to reduce friction, increase brand equity, and support growth and retention goals
  • Weigh impact vs. effort through our prioritization framework, develop KPIs, and work with Engineering & Growth to execute tests with the biggest chance to impact revenue.
  • Ensure all pages are optimized for SEO

Requirements

  • 10+ years relevant experience, preferably within a growing eCommerce company; DTC and startup experience is preferred
  • 5+ years people management experience, with a passionate for leading, mentoring, inspiring and collaborating
  • Extensive understanding of the retail E-Commerce landscape, including features, functionality, and best practices
  • In-depth experience in A/B testing, site optimization and personalization, product development, and UX
  • Self-starter; entrepreneurial, “roll up your sleeves” attitude
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, as this role will require regular interaction with department & executive leadership
  • A strong work ethic, attention to detail and sense of professional accountability
  • Ability to thrive in a growth-oriented, entrepreneurial environment
Nutrafol takes into consideration a wide range of factors in final compensation decisions, including but not limited to: skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs. The listed range is applicable only to the annual base salary and does not include additional perks, benefits, or applicable bonus eligibility comprising the total compensation package.
Salary Range:
$200,000$230,000 USD
