Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role located in the Washington DC-Baltimore Area with flexibility for some remote work. As a CX Sales Executive at TTEC Digital you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by selling customer experience orchestration solutions to potential clients. Your day-to-day tasks will include identifying prospects presenting solutions negotiating contracts and building strong relationships with stakeholders.

Qualifications

·       Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) Artificial Intelligence (AI) Customer Relationship Management (CRM) services sales experience

·       Proven Public Sector experience in B2B sales preferably in the customer experience or technology industry

·       Strong understanding of customer experience strategy and trends Excellent communication and negotiation skills

·       Ability to build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers

·       Bachelor's degree in business marketing or a related field

$110000 - $150000 a year

The incentive plan for this position is a sales incentive plan.

This position is eligible to participate in an annual incentive program. Actual compensation offers to a candidate may vary based upon geographic location work experience education and/or skill levels.
