Must-Have:

• 20+ years of experience in equipment management within construction or heavy equipment industry
• Experienced in managing a large fleet (min 5000+ units) and overseeing scheduling & deployment of equipment
• Proficiency in preparing annual budget, analyzing costs, and implementing strategies to optimize operations.
• Bachelors/Masters degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or any other related field
