Vice President, Financial Planning & Analysis

Position Responsibilities:

• Establish and develop best in class forecasting and reporting processes
• Own business metrics and KPI tracking to provide insight into financial and operational results that drive decision making for the executive team
• Oversee financial performance, proactively identifying opportunities & risks and provide actionable strategies to address
• Prepare timely and detailed financial reports and forecasts to executive team on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
• Oversee quarterly budget vs actual analysis as well as variance analysis vs prior year
• Lead and develop annual budget, forecast and long-range planning
• Be a strategic business partner to drive unit economics, operational efficiencies, and initiatives to help the company scale
• Prepare materials for board meetings, investor presentations and other senior leadership meetings
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to influence procurement decisions aiming to drive quality and service up and leverage scale to drive price down
• Conduct financial analyses for other business needs, as required

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics required, MBA a plus
• 15+ years of relevant financial experience
• Strong leadership and coaching skills with 5+ years of experience managing and mentoring teams
• Proven experience driving business performance and helping to scale a high growth company
• Demonstrated analytics skills, attention to detail & commitment to delivering high quality work product
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including ability to present in front of board, investors, etc.
• Track record of leading cross-functional initiatives, driving high performance, meeting deadlines, and executing on deliverables
• Prior PBM / health care experience preferred

Base Salary: $190,000 - $240,000 

This range represents the low and high end of the anticipated base salary range for the NY - based position. The actual base salary will depend on several factors such as: experience, knowledge, and skills, and if the location of the job changes.
