Job Summary:

The Vice President of FP&A will be responsible for establishing and leading the FP&A function developing financial strategies and building a high-performing team to support the company’s growth and financial objectives. Reporting to the CFO this role will work closely with executive leadership to drive financial planning analysis and decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Planning and Analysis:

·        Lead the development of annual budgets forecasts and long-term financial plans.

·        Provide insightful financial analysis and reporting to support strategic decision-making.

·        Monitor financial performance analyze variances and identify opportunities for improvement.

·        Oversee cash flow forecasting and management

Strategic Financial Leadership:

·        Partner with executive leadership to develop and execute financial strategies aligned with business objectives.

·        Provide financial insights and recommendations to drive business growth profitability and operational efficiency.

·        Identify and evaluate financial risks and opportunities and provide recommendations for mitigation and improvement.

·        Support M&A activities including financial modeling due diligence and integration planning.

·        Prepare and present financial analyses forecasts and performance metrics to the Board of Directors as needed.

Operational Excellence:

·        Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure financial and operational performance.

·        Develop and maintain financial models to support scenario analysis business planning and risk management.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

·        Work closely with business units and departments to provide financial support and guidance.

·        Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting and alignment with GAAP.

·        Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the FP&A team and across the organization.

Minimum Requirements

·       Bachelor’s degree in Finance Accounting or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.

·       Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in FP&A finance or related roles.

·       PE experience

·       SaaS experience

·       Experience working with a Board of Directors

·       Proven experience in building and leading high-performing teams.

·       A strategic thinker with the ability to translate financial insights into actionable business recommendations

·       Strong analytical problem-solving and strategic thinking skills.

·       Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate with executive leadership.

·       Proficiency in financial planning software and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.  Experience with Adaptive planning software is a plus.
