- Developing and executing a strategic business plan, global sales strategy, and go-to-market and co-marketing initiatives
- Comfortable in the "C" suite with a track record of closing six and seven figure software licensing deals
- Collaborating with and maintaining partnerships with Consulting Firms, Enterprise VARs, and Systems Integrators
- Use of IT systems, enterprise, or infrastructure management
- Leveraging the Fusion sales enablement resources and teams to ensure that Partners are building strong sales and implementation capability for Fusion solutions
- Setting the strategy for the partner business including the creation of a high-quality ecosystem of partners including Consulting firms, VARs, Distributors, System Integrators, Technology providers, and influencers of different kinds
- Working on quarterly and yearly goals, providing accurate forecasting and pipeline management of partner sales, utilizing the salesforce tool
- Working closely with partners and the Fusion professional services and sales teams, collaboratively selling to our clients
- Meeting and exceeding set sales quotas while adhering to Fusion's sales rules of engagement, following our sales methodologies
- Driving the negotiations of business terms with large commercial enterprises and our partners, through selling value and return of investment
- Passionately working to improve and maximize partner sales potential through best practices, training, and support. Craft systems/solutions and procedures to streamline partner management.
- Collaborating with our marketing team to drive programs and events to extend the relationships to new prospects, you will be able to navigate across our global teams
- Staying ahead of competition, market changes and products, and remaining one step ahead of the curve ensuring we achieve optimal results
- Attending and participating in sales meetings, product seminars and trade shows, you will be a true Ambassador to Fusion
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Master's degree or equivalent, or experience in lieu of degree
- 10+ years of quota carrying B2B software, SaaS, or consulting sales, preferably enterprise and financial services sales experience preferred
- Extensive direct and partner enterprise SaaS experience to large enterprises, having a background operating with all types of Partners would be highly advantageous
- Must have a proven track record of building relationships with System Integrators
- Experience closing complex sales cycles
- CRM experience, Salesforce preferred
- Communicate masterfully with partners on products and service offerings.
- Strong communication skills, including oral, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication
- Strong problem-solving and leadership skills
- High energy, positive attitude, and ability to take initiative
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Ability to take ownership of assigned tasks and see them through to completion
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Ability to travel up to 30% internationally and domestically when permissible
- Knowledge of financial services industry, risk and/or business continuity preferred
- Native fluency in English (verbal, written, and business proficiency) required
- Experience in global management role running a global business
- First line people and process management experience, within a Global capacity
