Team: Business Development

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Vice President, Growth in United States.

This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for driving end-to-end growth strategy across a portfolio of established consumer software brands with significant untapped potential. You will own the full commercial motion, including paid media performance, eCommerce optimization, funnel conversion, and go-to-market execution. The role is centered on rebuilding and scaling ROAS across key acquisition channels while expanding and activating the free user base. You will also play a critical role in shaping product strategy through data-driven insights, working closely with senior product and revenue leadership. This is a highly analytical and execution-focused position requiring both strategic vision and hands-on performance marketing expertise. You will lead cross-functional initiatives that directly influence revenue growth, retention, and customer lifetime value across multiple digital products.

Accountabilities:

In this role, you will define and execute the full growth and commercial strategy across multiple consumer software brands.

  • Own and rebuild paid media performance across search, display, social, and affiliate channels, with a strong focus on ROAS optimization
  • Define channel-level efficiency targets, eliminate underperforming spend, and scale high-performing acquisition programs
  • Lead full-funnel optimization from first click to conversion, including landing pages, checkout flows, and trial-to-paid journeys
  • Develop and execute strategies to grow and activate the free user base, improving onboarding and conversion into paid subscriptions
  • Own go-to-market strategy across brands, including campaign planning, pricing input, and product launch coordination
  • Design and implement structured A/B testing frameworks to continuously improve conversion rates and eCommerce performance
  • Build and manage lapsed customer reactivation programs to drive incremental revenue and retention
  • Identify bundling and cross-sell opportunities across product portfolio to improve ARPU and customer lifetime value
  • Establish performance dashboards tracking ROAS, CAC, conversion, and retention metrics, reporting to senior leadership
  • Lead and develop a high-performing growth team across paid media, analytics, and eCommerce functions
  • Requirements:

This role requires deep expertise in performance marketing, growth strategy, and consumer software monetization at scale.

    • 12+ years of experience in performance marketing, growth, or digital GTM roles
    • Proven track record of rebuilding underperforming paid media programs and scaling profitable acquisition
    • Strong expertise in paid channels including Google, Bing, social platforms, display, and affiliate networks
    • Extensive experience in eCommerce optimization, conversion rate optimization, and funnel analytics
    • Hands-on experience with freemium, trial-led, or subscription-based consumer acquisition models
    • Background in B2C software products and understanding of digital consumer purchasing behavior
    • Strong ability to influence product strategy using acquisition and behavioral data insights
    • Advanced analytical skills with experience in ROAS modeling, cohort analysis, and performance forecasting
    • Demonstrated leadership in cross-functional and matrixed environments without direct authority over all stakeholders
    • Strong communication, strategic thinking, and executive-level stakeholder management skills
    • Experience in high-growth or PE-backed software environments is a strong plus
    • Benefits:

      • Competitive executive-level compensation aligned with experience and impact
      • Performance-based bonus structure tied to growth and revenue outcomes
      • Remote-first work environment across North America
      • Opportunity to lead growth strategy across multiple established global software brands
      • High strategic ownership with direct influence on product and commercial decisions
      • Collaborative executive environment with exposure to senior leadership teams
      • Access to large-scale marketing budgets and advanced growth tooling
      • Inclusive and flexible work culture focused on speed, accountability, and innovation
