Remote, North America (with some travel to Orange County, CA)

We are looking for a candidate who is excited to embrace the opportunity to build a world class marketing capability and help accelerate the growth of the leading platform for knowledge entrepreneurs.  

Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, you will be one of the key leaders in our business with responsibility for driving our acquisition funnel.  You will own all paid marketing, web site testing and optimization, and lead nurture efforts to bring a step change in the number of new customers subscribing to Kajabi.

• Hire and develop a team of exceptional marketing leaders, creating a high impact, high performing organization that loves our customers, thrives on data, and embraces constant learning and innovation
• Define and deploy a customer acquisition strategy that not only delivers a highly efficient and scalable acquisition funnel, but does so in a way that builds our brand and helps to shape Kajabi’s place in the world
• Constantly create new opportunities for high ROI investment through coordinated optimization, aggressive testing, innovation and channel expansion that pushes the efficiency curve to new boundaries, removes friction from the user journey, and delivers an exceptional customer experience
• Assemble a strong foundation of tools, technology, data and processes that will allow us to scale the entire acquisition funnel quickly and efficiently across segments, channels and markets

We are looking for a leader with a growth mindset.  Someone who can bring the deep expertise to make us really good and the deep curiosity required to help us become truly great.  You’ll likely be a great candidate if the following traits and experiences really resonate:

• You are serious about putting customers in front
• You have deep leadership experience across significant parts of the acquisition funnel and have delivered the results to match
• You are a widely admired manager and developer of people
• You’ve had meaningful experience with B2C lead funnels, subscription businesses and/or entering international markets
• You know that brand is also a part of Performance Marketing and are excited to find ways to build a brand and a business together
• You are happiest building the plane while flying.  You’ve probably seen a startup or two, but you also know what scale looks like and how to get us there
