The Role
Fusion Risk Management is seeking a dynamic Vice President – Integrated Marketing who brings enterprise marketing experience in B2B technology. Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, the role will be responsible for both market strategy and idea generation as well as active execution of go-to-market programs. Focus will be on awareness and thought leadership as well as performance marketing and demand generation. The role will oversee lead generation campaigns including digital marketing, social media, public relations, and field marketing as well as analyst relations to drive Fusion growth.

Responsibilities
Program Leadership
· Lead group to build market awareness and growth pipeline from prospects, customers and partners. Identify best market opportunities and assess initiatives' successes and needed improvements.
· Build strategy and define go-to-market program that deliver high growth, including demand generation, customer acquisition, content development, thought leadership, events and field marketing, digital marketing and social media, public relations, branding and analyst relations.
· Work closely with product, partner and sales teams to address market dynamics and user needs.
· Work with CMO on quarterly and annual planning. Lead in marketing budget reporting with a focus on ROI and revenue growth.
Program Execution
· Manage initiatives and campaigns to execute coordinated programs to deliver Fusion growth.
· Deliver a data-centric approach to customer insights to deliver impactful marketing campaigns and results.
· Create vertical and horizonal messaging and campaigns for priority markets and segments
· Develop and scale demand generation engine through multiple channels.
· Ensure alignment on all new product/solutions announcements, launches, and sales/marketing collateral.
As a senior member of Fusion's marketing team, the Vice President – Integrated Marketing will closely collaborate with Business Development Partner Marketing, Business Development, Product Marketing and Customer Marketing to deliver a coordinated Fusion Go-to-Market program. The role also works with internal stakeholders, executives, and external vendors to create market engagement.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
· 5+ years of experience leading high-performing enterprise marketing teams in B2B SaaS or other high growth environment.
· 10+ years of total B2B marketing experience, preferably in technology-related companies.
· Broad experience across core marketing functions: communications and brand development, content marketing, demand generation, and digital marketing.
· Ability to quickly innovate, execute, adapt and excel to a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
· Experience leveraging and optimizing usage of MarTech and CRM tools.
· Ability to establish and manage marketing budget.
· Excellent communication skills.
This position may be performed remotely anywhere within the United States except for the states of New York, California, and Colorado.
