Job Description

Morgan Stanley Services Group Inc. seeks to fill the position of Vice President, Mobile Engineering in Alpharetta, GA.

Design, develop and write test cases for new applications. Gather functional and non-functional requirements and prepare technical design documents. Provide innovative solutions to complex business problems. Responsible for project management, supervision, and coordination of software testing for new features. Create and implement framework, automation strategy, and roadmaps for back-end applications. Coordinate production roll and troubleshoot application issues in production. Create highly optimized, scalable, and distributed software. Work with development leaders to plan and strategize the overall regression and in sprint automation.

Requirements:

Requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field of study plus five (5) years of experience in the position offered or five (5) years of experience as a Computer Systems Architect; Tech Engineer; Java Developer; or related occupation in the technology field. Requires five (5) years of experience with: Java 11; Spring Core; Spring Boot; Spring MVC; Microservices; Rest Service; Oracle 19c; DB2; Maven 3.2.5; Jenkins; Eclipse; Intellij IDE; Jira; GIT; Spring Tool Suite; SVN; Kubernetes; Docker; Kibana; Apache Kafka; NOSQL database; Elastic search; and Log4j.
