- You've worked in a company that adopted product-led growth, a freemium sales strategy, or a consumer-facing application
- You understand how to use data and insights to make meaningful change
- You've been in a customer-facing leadership role
- You've had success recruiting, training and developing early-career, high-potential people
- You've had P&L responsibility for a business unit and will own the financial impacts of your business decisions
- You have prior responsibility for product management, product marketing, customer research, product design, account management, or inside sales
- You love visiting and building relationships with customers
- You have outstanding written communication and presentation
- You have the confidence and the ability to lead a room of executives
- You are a consistently curious fast learner who is self-driven and focused on results
- You have previous frontline worker experience
- You may be fluent in Spanish or Portuguese (preferred, not required)
- You bring with you a robust Austin-based recruiting network
- You have a degree from a rigorous program (STEM degree preferred)
- You’ll build a world-class team of people who help customers convert to and expand their use of the paid Zello service.
- You will build a machine that optimizes your team's high quality responses to all inbound communication including trials, proof-of-concept, customer integrations, onboarding and payment.
- You'll design strategies for converting inbound opportunities into long-term customers.
- Through collaborations with internal team members and customers you'll develop an understanding of their goals and challenges, and help them solve their problems by integrating Zello into their operation
