Key Responsibilities

• **Strategic Leadership:** Act as a critical member of the senior management team, shaping organizational policy, practices and working closely with the CEO to implement strategy.
• **Financial Oversight:** Manage all financial activities, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and analysis to inform strategic decisions and ensure financial stability.
• **Capital Raising and Investor Relations:** Lead efforts to secure funding through venture capital, private equity, or other means. Strategize and manage investment and investor relations.
• **Risk Management and Compliance:** Oversee financial risk management and ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements. Establish strong financial controls and governance.
• **HR and Administrative Management:** Direct HR and administrative operations, fostering a robust organizational culture and ensuring efficient support functions.
• **Operational and Process Improvement:** Enhance operational efficiency across financial, HR, and administrative domains to support the company's growth.
• **Stakeholder Engagement:** Maintain and build relationships with key financial and business partners, including investors, financial institutions, and auditors.

Qualifications

• Over 10 years of progressive experience in financial management, with a preference for candidates who have served as a CFO, VP of Finance, or in a similar capacity within a high-growth startup.
• Proven success in fundraising and navigating the financial landscape of growth-focused companies.
• Deep knowledge of financial principles, accounting standards (GAAP), and the ability to manage comprehensive financial functions.
• Experienced in overseeing HR and administrative departments, with knowledge of best practices and regulatory requirements.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and analytical skills, capable of driving team performance and engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to implement data-driven decision-making processes.
• Experience working in cross-functional environments, while demonstrating the ability to collaborate seamlessly with teams from diverse departments to achieve common goals and drive organizational success.
•  Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields, with an MBA or relevant professional certification (CPA, CMA) highly preferred.
