This position will sit on the PrizePicks Marketing Leadership team and report to the SVP, Revenue of PrizePicks. This position is a Department Head level position. This person is responsible for driving incremental revenue, loyalty, and most of all a great member experience across all aspects of customer marketing, including retention, reactivation, the customer onboarding flow, as well as CRM, lifecycle marketing, loyalty, promotions, and will oversee all things VIP (both acquisition and retention). 

What you’ll do:
  • Responsible for the P&L and management of all PrizePicks members. Expected to drive significant incremental loyalty and revenue to the PrizePicks ecosystem.
  • Scope, build out, and oversee all customer marketing departments ensuring proper org structure, resource allocation, and champion team members to ensure a healthy work/life balance while continually developing the team's skill sets.
  • Champion innovation and creativity. Throw out the written rules. Think outside of the box, and continually think of ways to benefit the member experience.
  • Develop Standard Operating Procedures to ensure operational excellence in all consumer facing functions of the department.
  • Build out and cultivate the premier VIP department both for acquiring new VIPs via sales tactics, cultivating a great experience for current VIPs, and driving incremental revenue across the entire VIP ecosystem.
  • Lead transformation from majority site wide customer marketing to majority segmented customer marketing, while balancing strategic community aspects.
  • Collaborate with the brand marketing team to strategize and ensure messaging aligns with the PrizePicks brand voice. 
  • Lead strategic discussions in marketing, with an emphasis on using analytics to understand and solve state player value dynamics.
  • Help identify, evaluate, negotiate and execute partnerships to solve strategic marketing and business problems, drive brand awareness, affinity, and direct conversions and create goodwill for PrizePicks members.
  • Work with compliance to define clear, functional responsible gaming initiatives to ensure a safe playing environment for all members. Lead marketing responsible gaming initiatives.
  • Collaborate cross functionally across the organization partnering with departments such as analytics, game operations, and member operations.
