Vice President of Quality Assurance and Compliance

Within Health is looking for a is a self-directed, dynamic, and an inspirational Vice President of Quality Assurance and Compliance with an unyielding passion for advancing options and outcomes, unwavering collaboration and organizational building skills, an innate curiosity, and a willingness to roll-up their sleeves with the goal of enhancing, building, and leading strategic initiatives to ensure the scale and growth of the company. The VP of Quality Assurance and Compliance will be responsible for the development and execution of the clinical operational strategy to maximize performance, providing leadership, management, and oversight necessary to ensure the appropriate clinical operational controls, administrative and reporting procedures, and systems to successfully scale the practice.

*A strong background in maintaining operating and regulatory compliance is necessary to the role.

REQUIREMENTS:

-10+ years’ experience strategic operations role; preferably high growth environment.

-5+ years' experience in healthcare (Behavioral Health or Eating Disorder is a plus)

-Must have a strong background in regulatory compliance.

-5 yrs senior operational leadership in national/multi-state healthcare setting, digital Telehealth.

-Bachelor’s degree in clinical, business, or operational area required.

-Startup experience strongly preferred.

SOME OF WHAT YOU WILL DO:

-Contribute to optimization of clinical operations and services.

-Collaborate with clinical leadership to design, oversee, and deploy programs and initiatives.

-Translate operational strategy and processes into metrics and measurement.

-Provide direct oversight and management of clinical operations.

-Lead initiatives to build clinical department infrastructure.

-Collaborate with leadership to ensure clinical service delivery identify revenue opportunities.

-Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements of laws, regulations, and statutes.

Pay Range: $155-175k/Year
