As the Vice President of Sales at Mammoth Growth, you will be responsible for owning the sales process and growing our client base in the U.S. We’re looking for an outstanding leader who has consistently hit targets and thrives in taking full ownership of the sales cycle, from lead generation through to closing. You will work closely with our existing team who are already helping a variety of exciting high growth businesses to build their future data environments. 

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead and develop an opportunity generation strategy to drive sustainable growth
  • Build new business pipeline through outbound sales, co-selling with our technology partners and qualifying inbound leads
  • Engage in consultative selling, using your industry knowledge to identify how we can help prospective clients to deliver on their marketing & analytics goals
  • Accelerate brand awareness and increase sales productivity and performance
  • Drive lead flow and close deals, pulling in colleagues and technology partners where appropriate
  • Strategize with Senior Leadership on future headcount planning and recruit high-performing sales leaders and individual contributors to the team.
  • Lead, mentor and grow the sales team
  • Provide monthly and quarterly forecasting to senior management
  • Demonstrate passion for our industry while continuously acquiring knowledge of cutting edge marketing technology, data tools, tech trends and best practices

What You’ll Need:

  • Broad experience from lead generation through to closing deals
  • 8+ years of experience leading sales teams to revenue goals in a fast-paced technology/SaaS company, with preferred experience in:
    • Professional services
    • Selling to CMOs / CPOs
    • Technology 
    • Digital marketing 
  • A passion for building business - startup experience is a bonus
  • A strong track record of achieving or exceeding quotas
  • Success-oriented and self-motivated to meet deliverables
  • You are a data driven person who understand analytics or has used data to improve your own performance
  • You are an inspiring leader and team mate that loves to have fun at work and contribute with your experience and positive attitude 
  • You are smart, intellectually curious, fiercely independent and driven
  • You have excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
  • You have prior experience clearly explaining technical concepts to varied audiences
  • You can close a deal
