Vice President of Sales and Business Development - Contract Center as a Service (CCaaS)

Who we are looking for:
Our parent company, Tech Mahindra, is growing and so is the sales team! Tech Mahindra is hiring a VP of CCaaS Sales who has the knowledge, expertise, and passion around contact centers and/or consulting sales. You have a lot of experience talking about CCaaS with enterprise Clients. As a key member of the Tech Mahindra sales team, you will be responsible for generating revenue, identifying opportunities, qualifying leads, developing new clients across a variety of industries, and owning your book of business. You will be responsible for driving proposal creation, proposal strategy, presentations, and overall client relationship strategy. You will participate in conferences and industry events. This is a hands-on sales role.
Qualifications for success:
- 5 years of CCaaS sales experience for the call center industry. Desired platform sales experience with CXone, Amazon Connect and/or Genesys Cloud
- Enterprise sales experience (contact center size 1000+ agent/seats)
- Must have experience selling 2M dollar plus deals (total contract value)
- Experience selling portfolio of services (technology and consulting capabilities) directly to Client.
- Understanding of CCaaS space and key competitors in the marketplace
- Experience pricing deals and working with the organization to structure deals.
- RFP and RFI experience
- MS Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint (well versed in crafting presentation slide decks and delivering presentations)
- Ability to travel up to 50% to engage with current Clients and perspective Clients.
- Experience selling consulting or professional services preferred.
- Vertical experience required: Hi-Tech
- Location preference: West Coast, California, Silicon Valley, or Bay Area.
Applicants can expect to make between $185,000 to $220,000 upon hire. Pay within this range will vary based upon experience, skills, certifications, education among other factors as required in the job description. In addition, this position is eligible for commissions per the sales commission plan.
