Vice President of Sales Enablement
Job Description
Quantive is seeking an incredible Vice President of Sales Enablement with 10+ years of Sales Enablement, Sales, and/or Management experience to join the team.
This is a remote position - you can join our team from anywhere in the US with a reliable internet connection.

The RoleYour primary role as VP of Sales Enablement will be to empower our sales team to meet and exceed targets by improving deal win rate, size, velocity and volume at scale, by driving standardization and repeatability of processes and best practices globally.
The VP of Sales Enablement will be responsible for setting and overseeing enablement strategy for the entire Revenue organization, while ensuring day-to-day execution with a goal of “constant delivery” of content, plays and programming that make it easier for our customers to buy from us, easier for our sales team to sell, and makes sure we’re well-positioned to scale.
The DetailsAs a VP of Sales Enablement, you will:
- Own the strategy of Sales Enablement for the entire Revenue organization
- Oversee and execute key programs that bring the strategy to life
- Be responsible for content creation and constant communication with the field on what’s new and should be top-of-mind
- Build instructional design and facilitation/training capabilities in the team
- Partner closely with Product Marketing to provide input on ICPs, personas, use cases, case studies, and more as a voice of the sales team, and on co-ownership and execution of sales plays
- Oversee onboarding programs for all Revenue org roles
- Ensure execution of ongoing programs designed to drive growth and achievement across all Revenue functions, not just AEs
- Build a Manager Excellence program to ensure our front-line sales managers are world-class
- Manage a small team of sales enablement professionals with strong growth potential
