Job Description
We’re looking for an experienced and passionate sales professional to join our Business Development team as an individual contributor selling nationally into large Health Systems (15k+ employees). Through a consultative approach, you will work both directly with senior Compensation & Benefits / Total Rewards leadership as well as with their trusted advisors and consultants.
The ideal candidate has 12+ years of selling healthcare benefits solutions directly to employers as well as through broker and consultant channels. Given the complexity of our clients, the ideal candidate has experience navigating relationships with multiple stakeholders of large enterprises, as well as the ability to successfully execute a consultative sales style.

What You’ll Accomplish
- Develop and maintain a healthy pipeline of enterprise sales opportunities (15k+ lives) in the health care industry through broker activity, direct selling to HR buyers, and partner channels
- Independently take deals from initial conversation to close
- Create compelling business cases for clients and shape key company materials such as pitch decks and case studies
- Collaborate with Client Management to ensure successful implementation and launch
- Participate in events and conferences throughout the year
- Help shape Aduro’s commercial strategy in existing and new business areas
- Maintain CRM hygiene and diligence in tracking/recording all work activities
Requirements
- Top performing sales professional with successful track record of exceeding sales quotas
- Success in negotiating deal terms with high-level enterprise clients
- Consultative approach to sales acting as a thought partner for leaders of client organizations
- Demonstrates a detailed understanding of the buying process with large Health Systems
- Subject matter expertise in healthcare, employee health benefits, chronic disease management, digital health
- Entrepreneurial and comfortable working with the ambiguity of a fast-paced startup
- Excellent communication skills – verbal and written
- Team player, natural leader who is excited to collaborate
- Passionate about the intersection of technology and healthcare

Benefits
Compensation. $175k-200k base + generous commissions based on achieving sales targets
