We are seeking a Vice President of VIP Marketing and Retention to join our organization. This position reports to the CMO of PrizePicks and will be responsible for building out and cultivating the premier VIP department both for acquiring new VIPs, cultivating a great experience for current VIPs, and driving incremental revenue across the entire VIP ecosystem.

What you’ll do:

  • Responsible for the P&L of the top PrizePicks players. Expected to drive significant revenue increases to those top players.
  • Oversee and build out the VIP department, with a focus on acquiring new VIPs, hosting existing VIPs, and running the CRM and promotions around all VIPs.
  • Design org structure and align “sales” incentives and commissions of the department toincentivize new VIP acquisition while still promoting long term sustainability of VIP members.

  • You’ve created clear functional responsible gaming initiatives to ensure a safe playing
    environment for all VIP players. 
  • You have a track record of working cross-functionally with other department leaders across marketing and across the broader organization.

Where you’ll live:

  • Atlanta, GA, New York, or Chicago, IL is preferred.
