Modivcare is looking for an experienced Vice President, Operations Excellence! You will be responsible for defining operational and strategic approaches to ensure business success by managing, sustaining and continuously improving business processes.
You will...
  • Lead the development of a standardized Continuous Improvement culture across Modivcare's multiple business units and support organizations.
  • Build Continuous Improvement and quality organizations directly supporting service delivery in the field, but based upon common, scalable procedures & processes
  • Direct team to evaluate operational, service, and performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Serve as organization leader for annual strategic deployment activities.
  • Coach leaders across the business on operational excellence
  • Sponsor large enterprise-wide programs to drive improved operational performance
  • Serve as member of integration management office activities to support onboarding of acquired companies
  • Regularly participate in executive leadership reviews
  • May lead projects and perform other duties as assigned.
  • Determine appropriate resourcing of staff in order to achieve goals and objectives.
  • Build an effective senior leadership team through mentoring and formal education that focuses on management and project management principles.
  • Define annual Key Performance Indicators and Objectives and Key Results aligned with corporate goals.
  • Direct and mentor senior leaders on performance gaps, career development opportunities, and strategies
  • Be accountable for strategic design, execution, and collective results along with others' successful contributions.
  • Own attainment of high employee satisfaction and retention; lead development of program and initiatives within group to attain high employee satisfaction.
  • Direct and influence change management initiatives to drive improvements and efficiencies cross-functionally.
  • Direct and interact collaboratively and communicate effectively with external, internal customers, and stakeholders to address issues and ensure alignment across the organization to drive customer success.
  • Prepare and manage budget as assigned; analyzes variances and initiates corrective actions to maximize operational performance

  • Successful record of managing a range of diverse, high-volume environments and demonstrated innovative approaches to addressing operational challenges.
  • Responsive and direct management style, talent identification skills, strong relationship building skills, customer focus and strategic thinking skills.
  • Strong general management background with the ability to handle multiple tasks and be able to easily move between the strategic and tactical.
  • Deep knowledge of lean
  • Demonstrated ability to implement a CI culture in an effective and sustainable manner
  • Strong ability to use thinking and reasoning to solve problems.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the company.
  • Ability to make critical decisions while following company procedures.
  • Ability to influence others to perform their jobs effectively and to be responsible for making decisions.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred, Master's Degree preferred.
  • Eighteen (18) plus years' experience.
  • Ten (10) plus years leadership responsibility leading teams.
  • Or equivalent combination of education and/or experience
  • Ability to travel regularly for business

Salary: $202,300 - $283,300
Bonus eligible based on individual and company performance.
