What you’ll do:

  • Collaborates with executive leadership to define the organization's long-term mission and goals; identifies ways to support this mission through talent management and culture.
  • Translate company values and mission into people programs, processes and communications, partnering with executive leadership to evolve culture as company scales
  • Design, develop and lead implementation of a hybrid work model that advances the organization’s culture, productivity, connectivity, and joy
  • Identifies key performance indicators and OKRs for the organization's human resource and talent management functions; assesses the organization's success and market competitiveness based on these metrics.
  • Build effective DEI&B programs and practices that drive enhanced business success and a culture of inclusion.
  • Lead Talent Acquisition programmatic enhancements to include a reimagination of end-to-end recruiting services, strategies and services to allow for improvements in sourcing, hiring, with an ability to scale to meet business needs.
  • Lead team in the implementation of a more structured onboarding program to ensure talent retention of top talent acquired.
  • Researches, develops, and implements competitive compensation, benefits, performance appraisal, and employee incentive program to enhance talent attraction, retention, and development.
  • Provides strategic direction and oversight on compensation and benefits, ensuring regulatory compliance, equity, and competitive salary levels necessary to attract and retain qualified staff.  
  • Modernize and make transparent our compensation philosophy and structure. Design a comprehensive strategy to integrate practices that focus on total wellness programming. This includes the processes for managing, analyzing, and determining the salary, incentives, and benefits each employee receives.
  • Provides guidance and leadership to the People Ops team; assists with resolution of employee relations, compensation, and benefits questions, concerns, and issues.
  • Directs the development of training and organizational development programs through staff or external consultants that address personal, professional, and corporate needs of employees and departments, supporting equitable opportunities for continuous learning.
  • Better utilize data to build scale leadership, talent development plans, and formulate cross-organizational processes to facilitate aligned succession plans.
  • Assess and diagnose organizational needs relative to business objectives, and share feedback and guidance on optimal team designs, KPIs for key roles and strategies to address talent gaps (i.e. acquisition, management and engagement).
  • Ensures compliance with employment, benefits, insurance, safety, and other laws, regulations, and requirements.
  • Maintains knowledge of laws, regulations, and best practices in employment law, human resources, and talent management.
  • Oversees the organization's staffing budget and the budget for the human resource department.
  • Design change management strategies and implement according to organizational readiness.
  • Participates in professional development and networking conferences and events.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Who you are:

  • Bachelor’s degree; or commensurate experience.
  • Minimum 12 years of progressive Human Resources professional experience.
  • Venture-backed, high-growth company experience required, with exposure to B2B SaaS models preferred
  • Experience within an organization and partnering with leadership that prioritizes a values-based culture
  • Commitment and track-record to DE&IB
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with experience in leveraging communication as a key component of strategy execution
  • Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong understanding of connecting business strategy to people strategy
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and be familiar with HR-related software including ATS, HRIS, Payroll, etc.
