In this senior leadership role, you will drive strategic growth across a key industry vertical by combining deep domain expertise with account expansion and solution innovation. You will be responsible for shaping and executing growth strategies that strengthen long-term client partnerships while unlocking new revenue opportunities. Working closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams, you will influence go-to-market direction, enhance service offerings, and ensure alignment between client needs and operational execution. This role operates at the intersection of strategy, commercial leadership, and client success in a fast-paced, global services environment. You will act as a trusted advisor to major clients, helping them evolve their business outcomes through tailored solutions. It is a high-impact position designed for a leader who thrives on both strategic thinking and hands-on execution.

Accountabilities:

  • Own and lead strategic account growth plans across a portfolio of key enterprise clients within the Energy & Services vertical
  • Drive organic revenue growth through upselling, cross-selling, and expansion strategies across existing accounts
  • Develop deep client relationships at the executive level and identify new opportunities for value creation
  • Translate industry expertise into scalable solutions and commercial growth opportunities
  • Collaborate with operations and technology teams to design and optimize service delivery models
  • Support new business development through solution validation, deal structuring, and onboarding assistance
  • Contribute to go-to-market strategy development, including market positioning and segmentation
  • Identify industry trends, competitive insights, and innovation opportunities to inform business strategy
  • Act as a senior representative in client and industry engagements to strengthen brand presence
  • Align cross-functional teams to ensure consistent execution and strong client outcomes
  • Requirements:

    • 10+ years of experience in BPO, outsourcing, or service-based industries with strong account leadership experience
    • Proven success in driving growth within large, complex enterprise accounts
    • Deep expertise in Utilities, Energy, or Home Services industries
    • Strong commercial acumen with understanding of margins, scalability, and operational trade-offs
    • Ability to translate industry knowledge into revenue-generating solutions
    • Experience working in both client-side and vendor/BPO environments is highly preferred
    • Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
    • Strategic mindset combined with hands-on execution capability
    • Strong communication, relationship-building, and cross-functional collaboration skills
    • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent experience preferred
