Title: Vice President; Quality Engineer
Responsibilities
- Perform automation testing, onshore/offshore model, and Agile methodology and ceremonies.
- Provide technical guidance for testing of specific applications in a highly automated environment.
- Support test planning, usually at an agile team level, ensuring stories are well refined and contain clear acceptance criteria.
- Identify automation opportunities, develop test automation for applicable test types.
- Perform ROI analysis on development efforts and determine correct tools and methods for design and develop automation.
- Perform and support continuous integration and deployment activities within the DevOps culture.
- Utilize web application, API & web services testing experience.
- Design and develop Automation Frameworks for an enterprise application.
- Develop automated test cases using Selenium Framework using Java or Python or TOSCA and BDD using Cucumber while adhering to Reusable Automation Framework for Testing.
- Write complex SQL scripts in support of test execution using ANSI Compliance SQL.
- Write complex test plans with detailed test cases using Quality Center or qTest.
- Create and promote test code through the DevOps pipeline with experience using: Jira/Rally, BitBucket, Artifactory, Team City/Jenkins and Litmus Test. Use Microsoft Office (SharePoint, Project, Excel, PowerPoint).
Required Skills & Experience
- Master's degree or equivalent in Applied Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering (any), or related; and
- 5 years of experience in the job offered or a related IT occupation.
- Must include 5 years of experience in each of the following:
- Designing and developing Automation Frameworks for an enterprise application;
- Developing automated test cases using Selenium Framework using Java or Python or TOSCA and BDD using Cucumber while adhering to Reusable Automation Framework for Testing;
- Writing complex SQL scripts in support of test execution using ANSI Compliance SQL;
- Writing complex test plans with detailed test cases using Quality Center or qTest;
- Creating and promoting test code through the DevOps pipeline with experience using: Jira/Rally, BitBucket, Artifactory, TeamCity/Jenkins and Litmus Test; and,
- Using Microsoft Office (SharePoint,Project, Excel, PowerPoint).

Pay and benefits information
Jersey City pay range:
$177,000 - $187,000 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.
Discretionary incentive eligible
This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan. Employees are eligible for an annual discretionary award based on their overall individual performance results and behaviors, the performance and contributions of their line of business and/or group; and the overall success of the Company.
