We are presently seeking a Vice President Sales for our Genesys business. This is a remote role based in the United States.
Reporting to Global Sales Leader for TTEC Digital and working closely with the Genesys Practice Leader the Vice President is responsible for developing and sustaining a winning sales team while focusing on go to market & pipeline execution.
Leveraging our position as the North American Partner of the Year for Genesys the Vice President generates business revenue by meeting sales targets and strategic initiative goals for our Genesys practice. You will make impact through developing sales strategies and account plans which drive profitability growth and account penetration while motivating and enabling a team of Account Executives to sell the integrated suite of TTEC Digital products and offerings.
What You Will Be Doing:
ยทย ย ย ย ย ย Management of a new logo pursuit sales team
ยทย ย ย ย ย ย Driving Growth in bookings revenue and margins to achieve higher than market growth rates in cloud contact center technologies and solutions.
ยทย ย ย ย ย ย Possess an in-depth understanding of the Genesys solution set
ยทย ย ย ย ย ย Developing executive level relationships with Genesys and within clients and leveraging TTEC senior executives in a strategic manner
ยทย ย ย ย ย ย Drive the appropriate sales disciplines to achieve the targeted results meeting and exceeding all sales goals and quotas
ยทย ย ย ย ย ย Be a highly collaborative leader representing the TTEC Digital business in partnership with leaders of services and operations across all TTEC businesses
ยทย ย ย ย ย ย Maintains competitive knowledge and focus providing industry expertise and thought leadership
ยทย ย ย ย ย ย Foster a collaborative team-based environment which attracts high-performing AEs and actively participate in the sourcing hiring on-boarding development and retention of AEs.
ยทย ย ย ย ย ย Work closely with consulting and delivery teams to ensure best in class client sales to delivery experience
What You Bring to The Role
ยทย ย ย ย ย ย 10+ years of sales management experience with experience in the Genesys sales channel
ยทย ย ย ย ย ย Significant experience developing a winning team by balancing an inspirational leadership approach with careful attention to metrics behaviors and data which drive sales success.
ยทย ย ย ย ย ย Proven track record of driving joint business results through Genesys relationships.
ยทย ย ย ย ย ย Experience managing people in a consulting or professional services environment preferred.
ยทย ย ย ย ย ย Experience developing monitoring and consistently exceeding organizational sales and budget goals
ยทย ย ย ย ย ย Proven ability to initiate develop and grow C-level and senior relationships within target client organizations influencing purchase and buying decisions
ยทย ย ย ย ย ย Ability to develop and conduct effective proposals and presentations with decision makers
ยทย ย ย ย ย ย Bachelorโs degree Masterโs degree preferred
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
The anticipated starting salary range for individuals expressing interest in this position is $200000 - $225000. This position also is eligible to participate in a sales incentive plan.
