Job Description

Team: Business Development

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Vice President - Sales in the United Kingdom.

This is a high-impact executive sales leadership role responsible for building and scaling international revenue operations across the Americas and Europe. You will be joining a fast-growing, venture-backed technology company operating in the fraud prevention and digital identity space, with a mission to make online transactions safer and more trustworthy at global scale. In this role, you will combine hands-on enterprise selling with strategic team building, acting as both a player and architect of the future sales organization. You will define market entry strategies, secure flagship enterprise clients, and establish scalable sales systems from the ground up. This position requires strong commercial leadership, a builder mindset, and the ability to operate in a fast-moving, high-accountability environment. It is a unique opportunity to directly shape global revenue expansion and long-term commercial success.

Accountabilities:

  • Own full revenue responsibility for the Americas and Europe regions, including pipeline generation, bookings, forecasting, and overall sales performance.
  • Define and execute go-to-market strategies, including ICP definition, vertical prioritization, pricing models, and market entry planning.
  • Lead and close complex enterprise sales cycles involving senior stakeholders such as CISOs, CPOs, and Heads of Risk across fintech, banking, and digital platforms.
  • Build, hire, and scale a high-performing regional sales organization including AEs, SDRs, SEs, and sales leadership roles.
  • Develop structured and repeatable sales playbooks covering discovery, solutioning, demos, objection handling, and closing strategies.
  • Establish strong revenue operations discipline through pipeline management, forecasting accuracy, and performance metrics tracking.
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to align GTM strategy and feed market insights into product development.
  • Represent the company in key industry events and strategic partnerships to drive market credibility and growth.
  • Requirements:

    • 8–12 years of B2B SaaS sales experience, including at least 3–5 years in leadership roles managing and scaling teams.
    • Proven experience building sales organizations or launching new markets (0→1 or international expansion experience).
    • Strong track record of closing complex enterprise deals in multi-stakeholder environments.
    • Experience selling into financial services, fintech, payments, digital platforms, or security-related industries is highly desirable.
    • Strong ability to design scalable sales processes, frameworks, and operating models.
    • Excellent command of sales metrics, CRM systems, pipeline analytics, and forecasting methodologies.
    • Strong leadership and hiring capability, with a track record of building high-performance teams.
    • Comfortable operating in ambiguous, fast-paced, and high-growth startup environments.
    • Benefits:

      • Competitive base salary with performance-based incentives and equity participation.
      • Fully remote flexibility based in the United Kingdom.
      • Opportunity to build and own a regional sales organization from the ground up.
      • Long-term career path with potential progression toward global revenue leadership (CRO track).
      • Exposure to a fast-growing global market in fraud prevention and digital identity.
      • Health and wellbeing benefits package.
      • Flexible PTO policy and learning and development budget.
