The Role
As Vice President, Services, you should have a strong background in the SaaS industry and a deep understanding of mission-driven cultures, and a track record of success in driving customer success, service delivery, and operational efficiency.
You will assess and address existing gaps in the customer onboarding process, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for our nonprofit clients. Engage in developing and implementing strategies to enhance user adoption and satisfaction.
What You Will Do
- Contribute as a senior leader for both the Customer Team and the organization as a whole
- Implement productivity and work process technologies, demonstrating validated results in improving operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of technology solutions.
- Leverage high-level exposure in Professional Services, Onboarding/Getting Started, Support, or Education to provide strategic direction and oversight.
- Collaborate with leaders in other functions to ensure a cohesive and customer-centric approach.
- Focus on driving results that decrease support volume and increase product adoption.
What You Need to Succeed
- Lead and inspire large teams (60+) in various service functions, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
- Drive employee engagement, professional development, and team performance.
- Utilize extensive SaaS experience to drive service excellence and align offerings with industry best practices.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and integrate relevant advancements into service strategies.
- Embody the values of Bloomerang and contribute positively to our unique company culture.
- Foster a work environment that encourages collaboration, diversity, and individual growth.
Nice to Haves But Not Required
- Advocate for and contribute to the formalization and quantification of the customer journey.
- Implement strategies to enhance the overall customer experience and satisfaction.
- Implement data-driven decision-making processes, utilizing key metrics to assess and improve service performance.
- Possess experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and Gainsight to enhance customer support and success efforts.
- Familiarity with AI technologies and their application in service-related functions.

Compensation
The salary range for this position is: $158,000 - $214,000. You may also be eligible for a discretionary bonus. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent on your skills, experience, qualifications, and location, as well as applicable employment laws.
Location
This is a permanent, full-time, fully remote position. Employees living in Indianapolis, IN are welcome to work from our company headquarters. We do not offer Visa sponsorship or relocation assistance at this time.Â
