Position Summary:
As a Senior Cybersecurity Consultant with P&L responsibility, you will play a pivotal role in driving quality of service and profitability for our cybersecurity consulting practice. You will be responsible for managing client relationships in our energy sector, delivering high-quality consulting services, and ensuring the financial success of your projects.
Key Responsibilities

• Client Acquisition and Management: Identify and develop new client relationships, foster strong partnerships, and ensure client satisfaction
• Project Management: Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from scoping and proposal development to delivery and invoicing
• Financial Performance: Monitor project profitability, manage budgets, and drive revenue growth
• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor junior consultants, providing guidance and support
• Service Delivery: Ensure the delivery of high-quality cybersecurity consulting services that meet client needs and exceed expectations
• Business Development: Identify new market opportunities and develop strategic partnerships

Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field
• 10+ years of experience in cybersecurity consulting or a similar role
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth and profitability
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and best practices (e.g., NIST Cybersecurity Framework, CIS Controls)
• Experience with security tools and technologies (e.g., firewalls, intrusion detection systems, endpoint protection)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Leading selection and implementation of enterprise level cyber security tools
• Experience developing security architecture based on a firm’s risk profile

• Translating business requirements into actionable business plans
• Mentoring, coaching Jr. team members
• Proficient with industry tools and problem-solving techniques
• CISSP or equivalent
• Working knowledge of Operational technology /industrial control systems
