Job Title: Vice President, Solutions Consulting
Compensation: $170,000 to $210,000

Adswerve is looking to add a highly skilled and experienced VP, Solutions Consulting to our Sales team. This role involves driving new business and fostering revenue growth with new customers. It’s critical in driving the success of our product offerings through strategic enablement, collaboration with the Product team, and providing advanced sales engineering support. The ideal candidate, a proactive sales hunter with an expert knowledge of the GMP stack and deep knowledge of analytics, will have a strong background in solutions selling and sales engineering. They will collaborate with Account Management, Product Solutions, and others to sell platforms and services. Responsibilities cover the entire sales cycle, from pipeline development to contract negotiations.
The VP, Solutions Consulting should possess a deep understanding of digital transformation challenges, providing valuable advice to clients on risk mitigation through innovative solutions. Success in this role requires the ability to shape client programs, offer consultations, negotiate contracts, and assess risks within Adswerve's policies and standards.
Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement:
- Meet with the highest opportunity customers to understand their business challenges, goals, and technical requirements.
- Establish strong relationships and act as a trusted advisor to customers, providing strategic guidance and identifying opportunities for future improvements and upgrades.
- Conduct detailed needs assessments on the customer's current systems, processes, and pain points.
- Solution Design:
- Develop customized solutions that address the specific needs and objectives of the customer, showcase how solutions meet customers needs.
- Create comprehensive proposals that outline the solution, its benefits, implementation plan, and cost.
- Obtain feedback from customers on effectiveness of the solution and identify areas for improvement while providing recommendations to product development and technical teams for future enhancements
- Oversee the implementation of technical solutions, serving as internal liaison between customer and internal teams, ensuring they are delivered on time and meet customer expectations.
- Collaboration with Sales, Technical Team, Solutions Delivery Team and Product Team:
- Work closely with sales teams to support the sales process, including developing proposals and responding to RFPs.
- Develop and implement enablement programs for the sales team, ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge and tools needed to effectively sell our solutions.
- Create and maintain sales enablement materials, including presentations, playbooks, scripts, competitive analysis, and other resources.
- Provide valuable insights and feedback to the product team based on customer interactions and market research.
- In-depth knowledge of the company's products, services, and technological capabilities, assist in the creation of go-to-market strategies and product launch plans.
- Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive offerings to provide informed insights to both customers and internal teams
- Build Partner Relationships (primarily Google and Adobe, include Google leads/projects)
- Showcase Adswerve proprietary tech to secure additional partner funding for tech development and to increase the flow of leads
Qualifications:
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in outbound sales, with a focus on adtech and martech solutions, preferably with the Google Marketing Platform (DV360, CM360, SA360, GA360) and Adobe Analytics
- A proven track record of successful business development in digital technology consulting, adtech and martech implementation, and analytics-based media outcomes
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate across teams.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry professionals.
- A proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented approach to sales, with a drive to exceed targets and achieve business objectives.
- Experience representing a company at industry events, nurturing leads, and expanding business connections.
- Ability to create compelling, value-based presentations.
- Ability to interpret critical business challenges and translate to optimal business solution recommendations
- Experience mentoring and guiding business development representatives, fostering their growth and success.
This position pays a base salary of $170,000 to $210,000 per year. This position is eligible for a semi-annual individual bonus based on performance and a year-end company bonus. Wage differential is based on training and experience.
